USDA Federally Inspected

Here, one of our beef is stamped with the USDA Federally Inspected mark. This means our animals are processed according to the strictest regulations in the world and the process is monitored by an independent inspector, consequently it is the cleanest and safest product you can get. 

 

We scoured the state of Utah to find a butcher that we could trust with our new business. We found one, and only one. Their facility was impeccably clean and organized; their hygiene was top par, and they take their trade seriously. We're confident in their skills and guarantee our product because of it.
