Short Rib Slabs
Beef Short rib slabs are great for smoking or cooking in the oven. Season them with any kind of dry rub, then cover in your favorite barbecue sauce and it makes a great meal. With excellent marbling and a beefy flavor our short ribs when cooked right will fall off the bone.
