Coulotte Steaks
Coulotte Steaks are the steaks cut from the Picanha. We'd compare these tender, flavorful steaks to a New York Strip, offering a great, even marble and a nice fat cap on the side. Grilling or pan frying does right by this cut, as long as you make sure to finish it hot and fast to ensure the cat cap melts down and crisps!
